“So i have only had this soundbar and subwoofer for almost 3 weeks now. I got a new tv and the rca plugs do not work. So i hooked the soundbar up to the tv via bluetooth. Since then the subwoofer will not work, it shows it's connected but no sound. why?”

Try using the Digital Optical connection. To disconnect/reconnect the subwoofer from your soundbar, press and hold the PAIR button on the subwoofer for three seconds. The status indicator blinks turquoise on the subwoofer when they are disconnected, or solid turquoise when they are connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to connect the subwoofer via Bluetooth to the sound bar. I don’t think you can have more than one device connected via Bluetooth to the receiving device (the sound bar). I just purchased the recommended optical cable to connect the sound bar to my tv for the best sound.
