Hello Insignia Customer, thank you for your question! You can change channels on the Insignia™ 24" F20 Fire TV by using the on‑screen Live TV Guide or by using Alexa voice commands like “Alexa, go to channel name.” Since the remote doesn’t have a numeric keypad, direct number entry isn’t supported on this model.
