“If I'm watching cable TV when I turn the TV off when I turn the TV back on will it still be in cable mode or will I have to reset it for cable?”

• Mine goes back to the mode\ hmdi that I have it on. So unless you switch modes should not need to reset.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.

• Try the Power On feature, when enabled, your TV turns on displaying the last used input: go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

• You always have to reset it, which is an unexpected pain. I was not aware that I could just leave it as a cable tv and switch to streaming as needed. Each day, you need to use both the tv remote and your cable remote! Unless I'm missing a truck to fix it and make one input standard.
