“Ok so I have spent soooo many hours on the phone with Amazon Fire TV dept, and my cable company...I can not get any of my LIVE TV channels scanned in. I want to use this tv for LIVE TV, just like regular tv!!! Please can someone help??? Thanks”

Make sure you have this plugged into an antenna. If you do make sure it is pointed at the stations you are trying to scan. https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps
