My TV came with a no frills remote. However, I was fooling around with the remote of my old Dynex TV and discovered some functionality worked in the Insignia TV. The following buttons are functional: * power button * directly access channel with numbered buttons * on the keypad * UP/DOWN volume and channel buttons * mute button * arrow buttons So why have two remotes? A lot of times, even while watching the TV, I have misplaced the remote that came with the TV. I mute gross and annoying commercials. I can change channels directly using the numbered key pad. Also, the old remote is quicker at sending signals to the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A remote, yes. But it's like the remote you get with a fire stick
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Of course it comes with a remote. But it also works well using an app if you misplace the remote.
