- Answer At this time, unless you pair your alarm services with a streaming service like Spotify, the default alarm tone is the only available tone.

QuestionHow do you turn off the display now? Every single voice command to turn off the display either gives no response or says " speaker isn't available. Try setting it up again" even though it's set up and answers every other question. Firmware 318

QuestionWhen I ask the Google Assistant "what's the weather?", it responds "I think you are trying to get the weather forecast, is that correct?". If I say "yes", it just repeats the same thing. It seems to be stuck in a loop and will not give the weather.

QuestionI bought one of these devices last Thanksgiving and for some reason the voice commands have completely stopped working. The time and temperature still show on the display, but when I say "OK Google" I get no response. I tried resetting - still no luck.

QuestionHow do you get the time to display on the right side speaker? I purchased 2 of these for a stereo setup, however, the time only displays on the left speaker. The right speaker only shows two circles. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

- Answer You don't say if the basic speaker function is running, but I'll guess that it is. I'd suggest forcing it to restart by unplugging from power, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again so that it reboots.

QuestionI can't connect the speaker and phone via BT. I removed the speaker from the BT settings and Google Home settings (Paired BT devices). When trying to pair my phone to the speaker, I get "Couldn't connect" under the speaker. Already restarted the phone.

- Answer You need to press the 2 outer buttons together & hold in order to pair with BT. 1 button is a circle .. cannot remember the other shape off the top of my head. Once pushed and held the BT will be enable and you should be able to see in your BT devices on your device. Good luck!

- Answer I had the same issue with one of my speakers. A power reset didn't work, I had to do a reset from the Google Home App. I hope this work for you.

QuestionI have firmware 318. Since around the time of the update, no music plays when I set a music alarm - the device just blinks. I have no "paid" music subscriptions, but it used to play my request from a "radio station".

Questionfirmware update to 318 has changed the pairing function. The update now shows 2 very dim "oo" on the child speaker display and the 4 LEDs are solid orange. Can I get rid of the display and turn the LEDs off somehow.

- Answer It operates on a rechargeable battery that is inside the speaker. It comes with a power cord that keeps the battery charged and operates the speaker while it's plugged in. If separated from a/c power the speaker will last a few hours on battery power.
