“My speaker has not maintained a wifi connection for 24 hours since I installed it. The LED indicates "net". If I power cycle, the wifi is restored. Did I get a bad unit or is the speaker not designed to restore the wifi connection without intervention?”

• No your correct these have very unstable connections and often loose connection. Terrible

• Set it up with the google home app. Don't click on your wifi ssid. Choose other. Type your ssid. Choose wpa2 security. Type your password. That latter bit is the only way you can save the password in it (you type it).
