QuestionThe last firmware update caused an issue with the alarm function. When I ask "Set and alarm for 8am", the Insignia speaker continues to ask "What time and what day?" over and over. Who can I contact to report the issue?

QuestionChanged wifi password, but can access the insignia through Google home. Google home sees the devices but has it grayed out and says "needs activation" and ideas? It's obviously not connected to wifi because the pw was changed
