• I purchased a similar j5 product to use with my MacBook Pro which uses the M1 chip. I called the company directly about the lack of compatibility with the M1 processor. They told me that my docking station is not compatible with M1,... yet. I ended up returning my docking station to Best Buy with no problem at all.

• The only ports that will not work is HDMI/VGA and Mic, since those take drivers and are only compatible with Intel processors.
