• Try getting the version of this product that plugs into the wall instead of relying on the USBC port. You are probably not getting enough juice to run everything. This product is inadequate for what it's supposed to do.

• Because there are a couple of different MSI Apache laptops, we would not be able to determine compatibility with the JCD543 here. The docking station does require DP alt-mode via USB-C in order to get the HDMI & DP ports under "or" to function. The HDMI and VGA ports on the right side work off the software required.
