See my review submitted today. The two emails from company customer support indicated PRIOR to Big Sur 11.1 says they should have it solved very soon. I am still waiting, and waiting... (ask yourself how long has Big Sur's beta program, release candidate, Gold Release and Big Sur 11.01 and 11.1 been available?? ). IF they cannot fix this issue, they should offer free swaps for other comparable products to existing owners.
