As long as your Kindle is Bluetooth capable it should be able to pair with the speaker. Just pair it as you would any new device. BUT I have never used a kindle fire, so I'm making this assumption based on my experience. I've paired mine with phones, my surface pro 4, and I've used the aux port for various devices.
