• Buttons on the side are the power button, Bluetooth search/discovery mode button.

• Hi Mimi, thanks for reaching out. The buttons on the side are the power button and Bluetooth button(to initiate pairing mode). For the charging time, it will take up to 3 hours when you're using a power adapter that is rated at 5V, 0.6A.
