Questioni purchased these on Aug 3. The other day they lost charge and charged them up like always but now they will not turn on. Is there a reset button or something that may get them to work again? It is showing it is charging when they are plugged in.

- Answer I had similar issues and found the only way to reset mine was to plug them in. The control buttons would not respond.

- Answer Yep. I've run 20+ miles in the Arizona desert with these & didnt have them slip because of sweat or consistent movement.

- Answer I just bought some basic JBL Reflect Mini earbuds, bluetooth earbuds and paired with my Samsung 55UH6830 smart tv almost a few years old so yes, will depend on your tv make and model if it supports bluetooth pairing. I did have to unpair from my phone to pair to tv but worked just fine.

- Answer Here’s what I know... initially these headphones are pretty awesome they seem to hold the charge for the full eight hours. However, one year later, with a full charge as indicated by the blue light and the full icon on your device, the battery life, for me at least was around two as I was at mile 12 at the rock n roll Las Vegas marathon. With more than 13 Miles to go. Heres the love I got from JBL:

- Answer The mic is under the in-line buttons. It's a small hole beside the JBL logo - turn that to your mouth when talking.
