There should have been a rubber band that went around the base. I used this and it worked great.

Please try again later.Well hopefully I can answer your question the only thing I may suggest is replacing the front rubber by going in the store and seeing if there's a thicker one that you can buy to replace the peace but maybe also see if you're sticking them tight enough into your ear sometimes at first they may seem that way because you're new to the rubber might be a little bit slick maybe try to move them juggle them around a little bit as you're sticking them into your ear and they should hold in place at least in my case that's what I do and I haven't had a problems with them hopefully this can resolve your problem
