“I bought a new pair of JBuds Air Executive at BestBuy yesterday. I followed instructions in box. The right earbud has NO lights whatsoever. Left is blue light. No response from holding sensors on right ear bud. Charger is plugged in, 3 fixed white lights”

• Unfortunately JLAB seems to make really sub-par products that never should have made it to market. I don't know why BestBuy stocks them in their inventory. I've had better headphones off AliBaba and AliExpress ffs.
