Will this pair well with my Denon CEOL N-12? null

Yes they will. They sound nice but not a huge low end bass excursion from the speakers. They are great for high and mid detailed music. I would definitely add a powered sub to complete the sound. D

Yes it should. However with my Denon AVR 770 I have found that I may end up buying a subwoofer - heavy bass is lacking.
