• Are you filling the reservoir up to high? if you look....there is a nozzle that will empty some water back into the reservoir.

• Just make sure the lid is all the way down if not I would take it back if you still can

• Make sure you only fill to the fill line. Mine leaked the first night because I thought a little extra would not hurt. Not true it overfilled the resivour. :-(
