Q: QuestionCan you remove the water reservoir and wash it in the dish washer?
Asked by ChattanoogaJon.
- A:Answer The water container is removable. Don’t see much washing is needed since you should use plain water??? I personally would Not use a dish washer. That type of plastic most likely would dull or crack from the heat of a Dish washer. Not worth the risk of a minute saved.

Q: QuestionIs it possible to remove all of the residual water from inside the unit itself so it can be stored away for months after using without any water inside?
Asked by Jmoc.
- A:Answer Thank you for your question. Once your K-Select brewer has been primed, you cannot empty the water from the inside. If you need to store your brewer, empty the removable Water Reservoir and store your brewer in a safe and frost-free environment. Please be sure to store your brewer in its upright position to avoid water leakage from the inner tank. If your coffee maker has not been used for more than one week, you should purge the water from the inner tank by running 3 cleansing brews without a K-Cup pod. We hope this helps!
