• I'm pretty sure both versions will get you the steelbook as long as you pre order from Best Buy

• The steelbook is available through Best Buy pre orders only and that doesn't guarantee a steelbook case. It's only while supplies lasts. Considering how many people have pre ordered this game over the past two years, there probably aren't many steelbook cases left.
