I assume you are referring to Microsoft office or office 365. Word excel and PowerPoint can be used. However you have to use the web version on office.com. Microsoft removed support for the apps you can not install it only use office.com.

Google Workspace is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you currently have a Microsoft Office 365 Account, you can access that existing account through a Chromebook.
