To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The default for laptops is to sleep when the lid is closed, and wake when the lid is opened. While asleep, it will also power down after a specific amount of time (I forget how long that is). These defaults can be altered by right-clicking on the battery icon on the far right of the Taskbar and selecting "Power Options," then selecting "Change what closing the lid does." There are additional selections/possibilities listed as well, too many to go into. Choose the options that best suit your needs. Sometimes, some software will affect these settings, which may be why you are having this problem.
