Hi there, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem with your Lenovo Q24i monitor model # 65F3KCC3US. This monitor is compatible with HDMI 1.4. Please ensure the device you are hooking the monitor to is compatible with HDMI 1.4. If it is then please try using a different HDMI cable or adapter. If the issue persists we recommend calling Lenovo Tech Support at 866-426-0911
