QuestionWhen I open the bottom freezer drawer and close it, the refrigerator makes a noise like water/air is running or something like that is happening. I've had the fridge for 1.5 years and this is the first time I'm hearing this noise. Any idea what it's from?

QuestionThe regular ice maker (the one inside the door) makes ice but it doesn’t release the ice into the ice bin (inside the door). I tested the motor by pushing the little button , the ice tray seems to turn fine. What else can I do?

- Answer I have found that I can open that door and lightly rap on the ice maker to break the ice apart a little- it always works for us and doesn’t happen often

QuestionHello! Can you fit a 12-pk of soda with its square end facing the back of the fridge? If not , what if you adjust a shelf and (re)move a door bin so the case overhangs the shelf and not hit a bin?

QuestionJust received our new fridge and we started making craft ice within 15 hours; however, after 9 craft ice balls the ice is still coming out with ends not fully forming. They look like a ball with no ends so not to roll. How do we remedy this?
