“This listing says this unit has water and ice maker. I understand the ice maker in the freezer but where would the water dispenser be located?”

There's no water, the listing is incorrect. If you look at the specs you'll see it doesn't say anything about water dispenser. By the way, I think having a water dispenser is a waste of money since you have to buy filters which I understand can be expensive and it's just one more thing that might break. This refrigerator is no frills as far as those features but I love it, it's beautiful and quiet too. Lots of room.
