A:AnswerHi quiltsue. The dryer with the pedestal is about 52¼" - so yeah, it'll fit in there snugly but bear in mind, an installer has to go back there to attach the vent and plug it in. He'll have almost NO clearance. If there's another way for the installer to get out of there, okay but just keep that in mind.
