Q: QuestionMachine rocking-10 years ago, a repair man stated that due to being on the second floor there is more give in the floor vs being placed on slab causes excessive movement w/pedestal. How do the newer units with direct drive react during high spin? Thanks

Q: QuestionI just bought the LG WM3600 washer and I am trying to figure out why the delivery men said I could not install it on my old pedestal, WD3PW. They are the same size and I saw other models of the same size are compatible. Please advise! Thank you.

• A:Answer I went thru this and it seems that the store and the delivery company do not agree. The delivery company says the installation doesn't fit properly due to the bases having different configurations . The inserts and tools to insert them with the washer are different even tho the measurement is the same. Good luck!

Q: QuestionI purchased a washer/dryer combo and the matching base, however the holes do not line up properly. The washer/dryer is too high and it is sitting flat on the base. Is there a secret to getting them to fit. The legs have not been adjusted.
