The LG - 27" Laundry Pedestal with Storage Drawer, Model # WDP4W replaced the WDP3W pedestal but they are both designed for compatibility with 27" LG Front Load Washers and Dryers. The only difference between them will be the mounting bracket installation. The WDP4W uses the t-clip installation method. ^Daphane

- Answer If you want the washer and dryer to be the same height, you should get two. To stack the units you will need stacking kit KSTK1. ^Daphane

- Answer As a consumer who recently bought the complete 4 piece package, I would say "Yes they can" by lifting up each unit and placing them on the pedestal. The weight of each is described on the web site. I would recommend 2 people do it. I would also recommend that you treat it like an installation because connection hoses may need to be shut off and adjusted a bit longer, especially the dryer exhaust. It's always better to be safe than sorry. I you have the pedestals delivered, it comes with installation. I believe.

- Answer Not likely. My new LG washer wouldn't even mount to my old LG pedestal because they've made some changes in the way the two connect to each other. I'm pretty sure your GE dryer will onli sit on a GE pedestal.
