QuestionWill my old LG pedestal WDP3W work with new dryer LG DLEX4200W? From the reviews so far, my understanding is that although the dimensions align but the mounting requirements have changed. The new dryer requires WDP4W pedestal instead. Any input?

QuestionI have the LG pedestal WPD3W that was used for old dryer. I replaced the dryer with a new LG model but I am having trouble separating the pedestal from the OLD dryer. I removed the 8 screws on the side supports, however it will not separate from dryer??

- Answer I would not think so. This has to be attached to the bottom of the top machine and I think they would have to matched to the proper part. I suggest contacting customer service for LG to ask this question.
