• The convection modes for the LG 30" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless Steel, Model # LWD3063ST are selectable modes. You can also use a normal Bake cycle in the upper and lower oven. The oven can be programmed to bake at any temperature from 170°F (80°C) to 550°F (288°C). The default temperature is 350°F (177°C). When you select Conv.Bake or Conv.Roast, the display shows CONV BAKE or CONV ROAST and the converted temperature starting at 100°F. As the oven preheats, the display shows increasing temperatures in 5 degree increments. Once the oven reaches the desired adjusted temperature, a tone sounds.The display shows the auto converted oven temperature. For example, if you set the oven temperature at 375° for either convection mode, the autoconverted temperature is 350°...^IFV
