You may want to call Geek squad. I have not had this issue. I've washed delicates to heavy duty with no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your interest in the LG 4.1 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with 4-Way Agitator® and TurboDrum™ Technology (WT6105CW) model. Your clothes may be covered in threads and not coming out clean, even with heavy-duty cycles. Here are some simple steps to help you fix this issue: 1. Check the wash plate and agitator for any damage or rough edges that may be causing the threads to come loose from your clothes. 2. Use mesh laundry bags for delicate items or clothing that tends to produce lint. This will prevent them from getting caught or tangled during the wash cycle. 3. Clean your washing machine regularly to remove any buildup of detergent or fabric softener residues. This buildup can affect the machine's cleaning performance. Run a cleaning cycle with a washing machine cleaner to get rid of the buildup. 4. Adjust the water level for smaller loads to ensure that your clothes have enough space to move freely without getting tangled. 5. Before washing, make sure to check the pockets of your clothes for any small items like tissues or paper. These can break down and cause lint during the wash cycle.
