“My clothes are covered with little threads and some don't look that clean. I have used it several times with different Delicates to heavy.. The worse was recently when set at Heavy Duty. Am very worried and unhappy and don't know what to do.”

You may want to call Geek squad. I have not had this issue. I've washed delicates to heavy duty with no problems.
