It does not sounds like it is properly balanced. There should be very little vibration, the dryer may need to be taken down to have the washer balanced properly with the feet. Maybe you can call the Geeksquad if you have a protection plan on it to come out and adjust it.

Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash® Washer w/ NFC Tag On, Model # WM4370HKA while the dryer is stacked on it. When the dryer was stacked onto the washer, did you make sure that the leveling legs on the dryer and the washer were at their lowest position? If not, you will need to lower the leveling legs. You will also need to make sure that the floor on which the units are installed on are strong and rigid enough to support the weight of the washer, when fully loaded, with the dryer stacked on it without flexing or bouncing. If your floor has too much flex, you may need to reinforce it to make it more rigid. If the floor is not solid, your washer may vibrate and you may hear and feel the vibration throughout your house. Your floor should also have been clean, dry and free of dust, dirt, water or oils so that the washer feet cannot slide on the floor cause that can also contribute to excess vibration and noise due to poor contact with the floor. You should have some non-skip pads that came as included accessories with the washer that will help prevent this...^IFV
