“when I enter NET flix the movie runs for 3-5 minutes then goes into a time out. Other tv shows do not come up they show a faulty connection or go into time out. Also installed is ROKU which allows me to bring up the same items and they work correct.”

• this should be taken care of by Best Buy. It sounds like an internal issue with the wireless.
