“I just did my first normal load of wash with this machine, and it started out with a weird noise as it started up that eventually went away, but the cycle just finished in about 30 minutes. Is that normal? The link to the owners manual doesn't work.”

Depending on the load selected and the time adjustment after it senses the load I don't see what 30 minutes would be a problem
