We will need some clarification for what you are describing as "fixed picture settings" on the LG 55 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UM6910PUC. Are you referring to the Picture Mode Settings? You can also manually adjust the contrast and brightness for the TV with settings such as the Peak Brightness, White Balance, Gamma, and Dynamic Contrast settings and others that can be found in the Advanced Controls / Expert Controls settings in the TV...^IFV
