I use the top oven most of the time and use the bottom for roasts or holidays when I use both at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can use either oven independently of the other. The bottom oven is convection. They have independent temp controls so you can cook at two completely different temps, like fresh bread in one and a main course in the other.
