All the LG OLED has the same panels from what I have read. The differences in models is in cosmetics and/or features. But as far as the screen (picture quality) goes, they will all be the same. I believe the C7 has a different stand, and may have some other options if you run speakers from your TV. The more expensive models has the full glass trim and then the top has built in sound bar. Its all about what extra bells and whistles you want.

The picture is so sharp and vivid that it's like having a movie theater screen in my home! Don't concern yourself with MSRP. That always seems like a made up number whether you're trying to buy a car or a television or anything. You will be glad you got the C7 at your local Best Buy. Great deal and free delivery, can't beat that.
