• No, the oven locks o n this model but not the knobs.

• Yes you can, but is not as secure as other models, that is, you don’t have to pish as hard

• There is not a way to lock the knobs. I’ve not read in the manual how to do this and so far ours can not. It does make a beep to alert you that the knob has been pushed or turned on.
