“Can I use 16-2 wire to wire speakers or new speakers? And I also have a TCL Roku 55" can I use AV cables for the audio out for external speakers?”

The unit does not have the option to connect additional speakers. If you have a TV with only Analog Stereo RCA Audio Out ports, you can plug directly into the AUX In on the CJ45.
