We hate to hear that you are having troubles with your headset that is connected to your K30, but would love to be able to help. If you are having the same issue when just using the K30's microphone, we would be happy to see what's going on. Drop us a line on Twitter at @LGUSSupport or on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/LGUSA/ so we can get more info and see what we can do. If the issue does not persist with the phones microphone, the issue would then be with your headset and you would need to reach out to the manufacturer regarding this. ^CP
