can i use it overseas? null

Probably not since it is coded to use with AT&T. I thought it was totally unlocked, but when looking it seemed to be useful on AT&T and reliant networks. Possibly, I have taken an unlocked phone overseas (Australia) before and had it work. For the price, its probably worth a try.

My aunt uses it in Mexico. So I would assume so since its unlocked.
