No, unfortunately, the memory for applications is fixed during assembly. looking at the phone setting, I believe it has 7 Gb available for apps and 1.5 Gb allocated for running apps. However, of the 1.5 Gb there is only 485 Mb available. Which is still quite a bit, if you put a MicroSD card in it to store your media (pictures, etc) there should be plenty of room for apps.
