We cannot guarantee coverage outside of the United States. If the phone is able to connect to a network and can make/receive calls abroad, then international usage rates apply. If you choose to purchase from Best Buy please call GreatCall Customer Service at, 1-800-733-6632, to have the new phone swapped onto the account and walked through the activation process.
