Hello PiggyBone, Thank you for the question. The c920s HD Webcam does not come with software in the box. The Logitech "Capture" software is available for free download from the Logitech website. The Capture software allows you to customize the settings and features of the webcam. For you to make a call you will need third party software, such as Zoom or Skype.
