• Hello Camy! If your Optiplex 7040 micro has a full Windows 10 version with all the features and drivers (like a regular Windows 10 computer), then you should be good. I see you have USB ports, so that should be enough to operate the C920 Pro 1080 Webcam with Privacy Shutter, which includes dual microphones. You'll need to connect a headset with Bluetooth or with a USB connector to hear what others speaking to your are saying though. - Mathieu from Logitech
