• Don't know about the tablet but it works nicely for Rosetta stone. If you get it to pair with the computer for sound and speech it works fine.

• Can't comment on Dell or Samsung, but have used it with RS on Lenovo 910 running Windows 10 and it works well.

• I'm using Babble for French. I had previously tried an inexpensive mic prior to the Logitech, but they didn't well at all. The Logitech does great on recognizing my terrible french using my personally built desktop, but has static in right ear.

• As long as the tablets have bluetooth (which they do) you will not have an issue. I have experienced stability issues with this headset though so I cannot promise the headset will keep a connection for a long time.
