• Yes, as long as your smart TV supports bluetooth. I use my with a Sony Bravia XBR smart TV.

• I don't know your specific Samsung model SKU, but it works great with my Samsung. I run it through my computer, so unsure about trying to use for TV or another input. Works great with my various Bluetooth devices, including both of my 60" Samsung TVs as computer monitors

• If the tv has Bluetooth or a UBS port where u can plug in the receiver that comes with the keyboard
