• Yes. It come with a USB cord & charger & I have 6 cams plugged in continuously.

• I am waiting to hear the answer to this as well. I know mine is plugged in. I am not climbing a ladder every four hours to charge the thing. Hope someone answers soon, but either way, I am keeping mine plugged in.

• Yes, just keep it on the magnetic charging ring which is plugged to the wall. The coolest thing!
