Sorry to hear you're having issues returning your 5th Circle. The Serial Number in the box is indeed different from the Serial Number in the camera itself; however most of the times you need the information on the Order Number to process a return, not the Serial Number.

A:AnswerYes it has a speaker (small) and a microphone. You can have two way conversations between the camera and the smart phone app. Works pretty well for how small the speaker is.
