Is this compatible with a Samsung 4k smart tv null

If the tv does not connect to it then it is not compatible

The MK270 is not compatible with a Samsung 4K smart tv since it requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 10. Unless you have a PC already connected to your Samsung Smart TV and have the MK270 connected to that, then that's the only way it'll work. Logitech does have a keyboard that is designed to be connected to Smart TV's and that's the K600 (https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/k600-smart-tv-keyboard?crid=27).
